Biography

My name is Kai (they/them) and I am passionate about nervous system work and self-care, myofascial release work, and communication! In my massage work, I dive into these passions through attuned and engaged work with clients where we can build trust using communication as our guide to helping you receive the care you need. I take my sessions as an opportunity to grow and learn, and am excited to build relationships with my clients, helping aid them in their recovery and self-care practice.
