Make a Payment

1. To access your patient portal, click here.

2. Log in or create an account from there!

• When creating an account, please note that a member of the office will need to confirm that the account you made matches your medical file.
• So, once you have entered all of your information, please send a text to (855)755-1024 or an email to [email protected] so that a member of our team can link the accounts accordingly.

3. Once you have full access to your patient portal, you can:

• Check-in
• Book an Appointment
• Manage Your Appointments
• Manage Your Payments

4. Under your Payments, you’ll find that you can see your statements, receipts, and make a payment.

• The statements listed include current and past statements, for your records. Please pay attention to the most recent Statement and/or the Balance amount listed at the top of the page
